What data we process

From the enquiry and booking: first name and surname, phone, email, company if given, pick-up and destination, date and time of the journey, number of passengers, flight number and your note. For business clients also billing details and passenger names entered in the client area.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to quote and confirm the journey, to carry it out and to invoice it. The legal basis is steps prior to a contract and performance of the contract, for accounting records compliance with a legal obligation. We do not use the data for marketing and never sell it.

Who we share data with

Only the driver of your journey and our dispatch see the data. It is also processed by our web hosting provider, email and SMS providers and our accountant, always only as far as their service requires. We do not transfer data outside the European Union.

How long we keep data

Data from an enquiry that did not lead to a journey is deleted within 12 months. Data on completed journeys and accounting records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law, at most 10 years.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Send your request by email, we will handle it within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, www.uoou.cz.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies needed for it to work, for example to send the form and to log in to the client area. We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so no consent is required. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
