What time will you collect me for an early flight?
So that you are at the airport 2 hours before departure, plus about 3 h 30 min of driving. For a 6:30 flight we leave Brno at 1:00, for a 9:00 flight at 3:30. There is no surcharge for night pick-ups.
How much luggage can we bring for low-cost flights?
A car takes 4 large suitcases plus hand luggage, a minibus 9 large suitcases. The chauffeur unloads right at check-in, but cannot vouch for the airline's weight limits.
What about the border and motorway tolls?
We cross the border on the motorway near Věřňovice, with no checks. The Czech vignette and the Polish A1 toll are paid by us and included in the price.
What if my flight to Katowice is delayed?
Up to 40 minutes' waiting after landing is included. If the flight is cancelled, we move the journey free of charge.
Can I pay in Polish zloty?
No, the chauffeur accepts CZK and EUR, by card or in cash.
