Frequently asked questions
How do I pay and will I get an invoice?
By card to the chauffeur, in cash in CZK or EUR, or by invoice. Companies are invoiced after the journey or monthly.
Do you transport groups of more than 8?
Yes. For 9 or more passengers we send a coach on request, a smaller group we split across vehicles that travel together, with the chauffeurs in contact. Two minibuses carry 15 passengers, 18 with a car added.
I need a child seat and have a pushchair
Write the child's age in the note and we prepare a child seat or booster free of charge. A pushchair fits in a car next to 3 large suitcases; for a family with more luggage we send a minibus.
Can you pick us up outside Brno?
Yes, anywhere in South Moravia and beyond. Fixed route prices apply to pick-up in Brno; any other location is priced by distance on request.
