Before you enquire
Airport transfer questions
What time will you collect me for an early flight?
For a 6:30 flight from Vienna that means pick-up in Brno at 2:00, for a 7:00 flight from Prague at 2:30.
Where does the chauffeur wait at the airport?
At the exit from customs, holding a sign with your name or company logo. In Vienna in Terminal 3, in Prague in Terminal 1 or 2 depending on the flight; the other airports have a single terminal.
How do I book both directions?
Tick Return journey in the enquiry and add the date and time of your arrival. We confirm both directions in one quote, each at the one-way price.
Can I bring skis or a bike?
Yes. Mention skis, bikes or oversized cases in the note and we will send a suitable vehicle.
How do I pay?
By card to the chauffeur, in cash in CZK or EUR, or by invoice.
Can I cancel the journey?
Yes. Up to 24 hours before pick-up it is free, after that we charge 50% of the fare. If the airline cancels your flight, we move the journey free of charge.
